Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins, chopped
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and sweet potatoes; add milk and eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
    Add to milk and egg batter.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Place in greased muffin tins. Sprinkle a dot of cinnamon on each muffin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
