Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, put about 2 cups of flour.
    Make a well in center of flour.
    Pour in 1 cup hot broth, mixing with a fork as you pour.
    Stir egg into flour-broth mixture.
    Work with fingers until a hole stays in dough when you punch your finger into the dough.
    Add more flour, if needed.
    Roll very thin and cut into strips.
    Break strips into 3-inch pieces and drop into boiling chicken broth.
    Cook until tender.
