Melt In Your Mouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. chives
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute chicken breasts in butter for 10 minutes on each side. Combine seasonings in bowl and pour over chicken.
    Cover it and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and set aside 3 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups sour cream.
    Sift flour into broth mixture and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Slowly add sour cream and continue to stir until gravy-like.
    Pour gravy on chicken or put chicken in gravy.
    Serve with rice, if desired.
