Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. all-purpose potatoes, pared and quartered
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives, cubed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water in Dutch oven until tender, about 30 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Mash potatoes until smooth.
    Add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, garlic salt, pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon salt.
    Mix until smooth.
    Gradually add heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
