Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced, pared raw potatoes
2/3 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange layer of potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with some onion.
Sprinkle some combined flour, salt and pepper on top.
Dot with some butter.
Repeat layers until all are used, ending with butter.
Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake in moderately hot oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover.
Bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
