Joan'S Banana Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large ripe bananas, sliced
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add bananas, but do\tnot
    beat until smooth.
    Add flour by thirds, beating only until well mixed.
    If using nuts, mix with last addition of
    flour before
    adding
    to
    batter.
    Pour\tinto greased and floured pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly and sides pull away from pan.
