Allison'S Very Yummy Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2-3 oz. plain chevre (goat cheese)
1/2 c. parmesan/asiago/ramano cheese
1 red bell pepper, sliced
handful of chopped up scallions
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pour into a glass bowl or ramekin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown on top and bubbly on the sides.
Serve with slices of French baguette for dipping.
