Ingredients

1 lb. whole pecans
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

In large bowl, sift sugar, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
In second large bowl, mix egg white and water.
Blend until frothy, but not stiff.
Add pecans and mix until coated.
Add sugar mixture to cover pecans well.
Spread on cookie sheet (ungreased) and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
