Pork Chop Hash Brown Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen plain hash browns
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. fried onions
    milk
Preparation
    Place hash browns in bottom of flat, glass baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream with enough milk to have a consistency of thick gravy.
    Pour half of sauce over potatoes and half over the onions.
    Arrange pork chops on top and spread remaining sauce on top.
    Sprinkle with rest of onions.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
