Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon or mackerel
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Make into patties.
    Dip in a slightly beaten egg, roll in cornflake crumbs.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
