Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
3 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 1/2 c. plain flour
2/3 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
Blend in sifted dry ingredients. Add pecans and raisins.
Bake 45 minutes or until done at 325\u00b0.
