Nutritious Monster Cookies (Breakfast Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1/2 c. plain wheat germ
    1/3 c. sesame seeds
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    2 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. quick oats
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. coarsely chopped unsalted dry peanuts
Preparation
    Stir together flour, oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, molasses and eggs. Stir into flour mixture just until evenly moistened. Fold in nuts and raisins. Using 1/2-cup measure, drop 5 onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread each to 4-inch diameter, 1/2-inch thick. Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes 10 cookies.
