Sweet Potato Pie(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes, peeled or 3 medium
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes in dash of salt until soft (approximately 45 minutes).
    Peel.
    Add sugar and butter, then all other ingredients as listed above.
    Beat with mixer about 2 minutes. Pour into uncooked pie shell and cook for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
