Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 tomatoes, peeled
2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies
1/4 c. sliced jalapeno peppers
2 onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Cook 1 1/2 hours or longer for thickness you like.
Put into jars and process in hot water bath for 35 minutes.
