Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all together in bowl.
    Mix well but do not stir more than 2 minutes.
    Pour into hot, well-greased iron skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
