4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk*
3 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
Preparation

*One small can evaporated milk (5 ounces); add water to make 1 cup of milk, plus 1 cup of homogenized milk.
