Cracker Jacks(This Recipe Will Delight A Child'S Taste Buds.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. popcorn shells
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. white syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

In a saucepan, and using a candy thermometer, cook until soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and beat until mixture hardens. Pour into a greased baking dish, and when cooled, cut into squares.
