Hearty German Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork, cut in 2-inch cubes
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 lb. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    2 to 3 tsp. paprika
    1 c. low-salt chicken broth
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Mix meat, onions, sauerkraut and paprika.
    Place in large casserole or Dutch oven.
    Add bouillon.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Add cubed potatoes and more broth, if necessary.
    Cook 1 more hour.
    Remove from oven and stir in sour cream or yogurt.
    Makes 10 servings.
