Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. butterscotch morsels
4 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation

Sift
together\tfirst
3 ingredients; set aside.
Cream butter.
Add
honey
a little at a time.
Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mixture will appear to separate.
Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until moistened. Fold
in
coconut,\tmorsels
and
cereal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes
or until
golden
brown.
Remove
cookies to cooling rack.
