Swiss Radish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
Preparation
-
In a small jar with tight fitting lid, combine vinegar, mustard, anchovy paste and garlic.
Cover and shake well.
Add oils; cover and shake well again.
Set aside.
