Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugars, gradually.
Cream well.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Stir in creamed mixture, beating until smooth.
Add rolled oats, coconut, raisins, dates and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes 7 dozen.
