Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen cod or haddock fish
    3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano and pepper.
    Set crumb mixture aside.
    Place fish on greased rack of a broiler pan. Brush with lemon juice.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish.
    Broil 3 to 6 minutes more, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serves 4.
