Ingredients

2 egg whites
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar and salt; beat until forms peaks.
Fold in butterscotch chips, nuts and vanilla.
Have oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
Put cookie dough on ungreased foil by teaspoonfuls and place in oven.
Turn off oven and forget for at least 4 hours or overnight.
