Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped raw apples
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare apples; set aside.
Put oil in mixing bowl; add sugar and eggs and beat until creamy.
Sift flour and measure; sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add flour mixture a little at a time to creamy mixture; beat well after each addition. When batter becomes stiff, add pecans and apples.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
