Radio Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
2 medium onions, sliced
1 large can peas with juice
1 qt. tomatoes
5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
milk
Preparation

Place ground chuck in bottom of a Dutch oven or deep casserole dish.
Add sliced onions with salt and pepper.
Add peas and tomatoes.
Top with sliced potatoes and more salt and pepper.
Pour on milk even with top of potatoes.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for at least 2 hours until potatoes are tender.
A little Mrs. Dash or Italian seasonings are good in this, too!
