Butterscotch Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour*
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    Cashew Frosting
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Blend all ingredients except Cashew Frosting on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally; pour into pan.
    Bake until pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool. Frost with Cashew Frosting.
