Dave'S Oven Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 to 4 lb. brisket, well trimmed
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients, pour over brisket and marinate for several hours.
Cover lightly with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
