Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    10 oz. Longhorn or mild Cheddar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften.
    Grate other cheese very fine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    (Hands work well!)
    Make into small rolls and roll in chili powder.
    Chill; keep in refrigerator.
