Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten egg yolks
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 stiffly beaten whites
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Combine egg yolks, milk and shortening. Stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in egg whites.
Cook.
