Central Park Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    16 oz. sauerkraut
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 pkg. mini hot dogs
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in oil lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Serve on plates with mustard or you can fill pastry triangles with a hot dog and some of the sauce, roll up and bake, then serve with mustard.
