Pineapple Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
    Add egg, beating well.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to cream mixture, alternating with juice and beating well after each addition.
    Stir in pineapple and pecans.
    Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove to rack.
    Cool completely.
