Tuna Zucchini Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs, divided
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Cook onion until tender, but not brown.
    Remove from the heat.
    Add tuna, zucchini, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 of the bread crumbs.
    Stir until well combined.
    Shape into six patties; coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot cooking oil, about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
