Skillet Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburg
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and horseradish; set aside.
    Form patties with milk, egg, crumbs and onion.
    Brown patties in skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Cover with soup mixture.
    Cook on low 30 minutes, adding water as needed to form gravy.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Only 1 pan!!
