End Of Season Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green tomatoes, skinned
    1/4 head white cabbage
    2 small sweet red peppers
    2 medium onions
    8 oz. ripe tomatoes, skinned
    2 small green peppers
    2 medium stalks celery
    1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
    3 Tbsp. salt
    5 oz. brown sugar
    1 1/2 pt. mild vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Chop vegetables, place in pan in layers, sprinkling each layer with salt.
    Let stand overnight, drain and press out all liquid. Add sugar, vinegar, mustard and paprika to vegetables.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
    Pour into clean jars and seal.
