Lemon Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon rind grated and divided
1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy; add eggs and beat well.\tStir in milk, set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, add 1/2 tsp. of lemon rind.
Stir by hand dry ingredients into cream mixture until flour is just moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
For glaze mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and remaining lemon rind; pour over hot bread before removing from pan.\tCool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on rack.
