Leftover Meat And Rice Casserole(Ham, Chicken, Turkey, Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. chopped meat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    approximately 1/4 to 1/2 c. each: finely chopped celery and onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    While rice is cooking per instructions, saute onion and celery in 1 to 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir together with rice and meat.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    If casserole seems a little dry, add more milk.
    Top with shredded cheese, if desired.
