Norwegian Health Bread(Grovbrod) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flax seeds
2 to 3 c. warm water or buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark rye flour
1 c. cracked wheat (bulgur)
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. molasses
4 tsp. sugar
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oats (oatmeal)
Preparation

My mother did not have time to make thin lefse, living on a large farm.
She made thick lefse called potato cakes and we loved them.
So here goes!
