Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh cranberries (4 c.)
    2 apples, peeled and chopped
    2 oranges, segmented
    2 oranges (peel grated)
    1 c. apple juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil apple juice; add sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add cranberries and apples.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add oranges and peel. Stir.
    Chill.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
