Golden Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. diced dill weed
2 medium oranges, peeled and cubed
1 lb. carrots, scrubbed and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/4 c. chopped cashews
Preparation

In small saucepan, melt butter, peel, onion and dill.
Add oranges. Heat.
Cook carrots until tender.
Combine with sauce. Sprinkle with cashews.
Serves 6.
