Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggplant, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pt. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. cooking oil
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Soak eggplant in salt water 1 hour.
    Rinse.
    Beat egg and milk together and pour over eggplant and let stand a few minutes. Drain.
    Coat with flour and fry until brown in hot oil.
    Drain.
