Oven Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 apple
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine eggs, flour and milk; beat lightly with egg beater. Should be lumpy.
    Heat butter in 11 or 12-inch cast-iron skillet until foamy.
    Remove from heat, quickly add batter.
    Cut apple into 1/4-inch slices, toss in juice and sugar, arrange in pinwheel in pancake before or during baking.
    Bake 25 minutes or until brown at 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or jam.
