Ester'S Zucchini Bread Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugars with oil; blend well.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Add zucchini and mix well.
    Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients; blend well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour batter into 2 loaf pans (7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inches) greased.
    Bake 45 minutes; test with toothpick.
    Let set 10 minutes before removing from pans.
