Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast
    1/2 jar picante sauce, divided
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thin strips and cook.
    Mix 1/2 of picante sauce, cream cheese and chicken in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.
    Place seam side down, in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over tortillas; cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Pour remaining picante sauce over tortillas.
    If desired, top with sour cream and olives.
