Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking potatoes, cut in 1-inch dice
    8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a saucepan.
    Add water to cover and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until very tender. Drain. Combine potatoes, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic and salt in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish coated with Pam spray.
    Drizzle margarine over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
