Crock-Pot Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 lb. round steak

Preparation

Cover steak with flour and brown with shortening in skillet. Place mixes in crock-pot and add 2 1/2 cups water.
Stir until well mixed.
Add steak.
Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
