Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except soup); shape into balls.
    Place in skillet and cover with tomato soup.
    Bake slowly at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours; remove cover last 15 minutes to allow rice to pop out of balls for porcupine appearance.
