Light Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
4 c. hot fettucine
2 tsp. parsley
fresh pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic, saute 1 minute.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk, stir until blended.
Cook 8 minutes or until thick.
Stir in cream cheese. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
Pour over hot fettucine.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over mixture.
