Microwave Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking apples, cored
    1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut a thin slice off bottom of each apple to form a flat surface.
    Place apples in a microwave casserole.
    Mix syrup, butter and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    Spoon into center of apples. Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes or until apples are tender, rotating dish halfway through cooking time.
