Hot Chocolate Sauce For Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3 1/2 level tsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan and gradually add water and cook about 3 minutes.
    Add the vanilla.
    Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
