Easy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
3 carrots
1 can beef gravy
2 Tbsp. flour
1 medium onion, sliced
3 medium potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. red wine
1 can drained peas (optional)
seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder)
Preparation

Cut up all ingredients and place in baking dish. Add gravy, tomato sauce, flour, wine and seasonings.
Mix well.
Add water so liquid almost covers ingredients.
Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil so steam can't escape.
Place in oven at 325\u00b0.
No need to preheat oven.
Bake 3 to 4 hours.
After 3 hours, add 1 can drained peas, if desired.
